When my Tragic Strips appear in The Brooklyn Rail, they print them nice and big. But the versions on their web site are kind of too small to read. So I'll start reposting them here at a generous size. Click on these for a good look at the drawings.

These are excellent. Of course, you need to do one that mixes Matt's "Exercises in Style" story into the plot. I'd also suggest one in which Mac and the bully have their roles reversed somehow. And maybe one with a complete gender swap. And, why not, one that has a Duchamp reference in every panel...

I started one that would riff on Matt's book, but noticed he'd already done that on page 89. I'll take your other suggestions under advisement.
I haven't seen these. Ther are really well done and clever. You are forever the most erudite cartoonist.
